You want to know how dialed in the star-studded Europe team is at the 2023 Ryder Cup?
Here's some proof: Viktor Hovland − known for his curious sartorial choices but also known for being incredibly good at the game of golf − stepped up to the par-4 (!) fifth hole at Marco Simone in Italy during Ryder Cup practice on Thursday … and made a hole-in-one.
It's pretty amazing, and the video of him doing it with reaction from his teammates and the crowd is just great, but if you're on the United States team, you might see that and think: "WELP!"
Or, hey, maybe you think the green is very driveable.
Either way, check it out:

Now, it should be noted, since it was a practice round, the ace was on Hovland's second tee ball on the 305-yard hole. Nevertheless, it's an impressive feat on one of the biggest stages in golf.
